Johns River

I am wanting to find out what is happening with feedback regarding noise levels from the new highway. A noise survey was done late last year and we were told the results would be relayed to us in February this year, we still have heard nothing. For visual and noise purposes I was assured trees would be planted along the top of the dirt mounds fronting my property. I was told this would take place by February, still nothing has been done.

If the trees had been planted nine months ago, when I was told, they would have grown to a decent height by now! When are we going to find out?
