Johns River

I am perturbed that GTCC, has abandoned  Moorland and Moorland South.  The old Pacific Highway at Moorland South has vegetation growing out of control, grass is growing through the old barriers and needs roundup.  It is dangerous at the roundabouts as cars coming off the highway cannot see vehicles in the roundabout and vice versa.  RTA planted trees near roundabouts but they are not maintained-

 Will Council take responsibility for the verges and when? Or is it the RTA's responsibility still?
