Prior to Ministerial approval of the Coopernook to Heron's Creek project, the community focus groups were told by ARUP, the RTA and other planning bodies that a beautification programme would be done, and that the community would have a say in what was to be done.   However, today, the on- and off-ramps to the highway could do with some work.

  Is the RTA going to do any beautification work as was stated prior to commencement of by-pass? If so When and what?
